Blue Moon Belgian White traces to 1995, when brewer Keith Villa created it at the Sandlot Brewery inside Coors Field in Denver, before it grew into Molson Coors' own Blue Moon Brewing Co. The witbier is built on Valencia orange peel and coriander at 5.4% ABV, and remains one of the most widely available Belgian-style wheat beers in the US.
