Daniel Weller Spelt Wheat Bourbon
Daniel Weller Spelt Wheat is Buffalo Trace's experimental wheated bourbon release, swapping standard soft red winter wheat for spelt wheat as the mash bill's secondary grain. Aged 10 years and bottled at 94 proof, it is produced in extremely limited quantity as part of the distillery's ongoing Weller-family experimentation.
