Bollinger Champagne — La Grande Année, Special Cuvée, R.D. & Rosé

Founded in 1829 in Aÿ, Bollinger became one of Champagne's most storied houses under Madame Lily Bollinger, who took control in 1941 and ran it for decades. In 1967 she introduced R.D. (Récemment Dégorgé) — a trademarked late-disgorgement style that ages wines far longer than usual on their lees before release. Bollinger has also been the official Champagne of the James Bond film franchise for more than 45 years, first appearing on screen in Moonraker (1979).
