Founded in 1968 as a cooperative of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia growers, La Marca takes its name from "La Marca Trevigiana," the historic zone at the heart of Italy’s Prosecco country. Today the cooperative spans nine wineries and roughly 9,000 hectares of vineyard, and is the single largest exporter of Prosecco into the United States.
