Chichibu Distillery II is a 2025-introduced line from Ichiro Akuto's Chichibu distillery — one of the most sought-after names in Japanese whisky, producing only around 60,000 liters a year. This inaugural release is a non-age-statement single malt aged 4-5 years, primarily in ex-bourbon barrels, offered at a more attainable price than the original Chichibu line's four-figure secondary-market bottles.
