Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey — Cask No. 160-2

Copperworks Distilling started as a craft brewery before turning its brewing know-how toward whiskey, malting and mashing like a beer before distilling — a process the founders call brewing distillers' beer. Each numbered cask, like this Special Release Cask No. 160-2, is bottled without chill filtration at full cask strength, uncut and unblended. Copperworks was a founding member of the American Single Malt Whiskey Commission that helped win the category federal recognition in 2025.
