Lasanta is first matured 10 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished five additional years in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Glenmorangie relaunched Lasanta in 2025, raising its age statement from 12 to 15 years as part of a recipe update by director of whisky creation Dr. Bill Lumsden.
