Bozal Mezcal — Ensamble & Wild Tobalá Allocations
Bozal is crafted in Miahuatlán and Etla, Oaxaca, blending cultivated Espadín with wild-harvested agaves like Barril, Mexicano, and Tobalá — now under Mexican ownership after brothers Alejandro and Christian Rossbach's Maguey Spirits acquired the brand from founder August Sebastiani in 2024.
