Derrumbes was built starting in 2012 by former chef Esteban Morales and tequila entrepreneur Sergio Mendoza around a single idea: pairing each bottle with a different Mexican state and local maestro mezcalero, showcasing regional agave and terroir beyond Oaxaca alone.
